We intended to spend the 4th of July with Austin's mom, DiDi, but Jack came down with the stomach bug. Then, I got it...Then, Austin got it. Who knew someone so little could have such a powerful effect on the rest of us? Unfortunately, Jack's bug landed him in the ER since the doctor's office was closed, and we (overprotective parents) wanted to make sure he wasn't dehydrated. As heartbreaking as it was to see Jack sick, he gave us a real treat that day...our first belly laugh. Greatest. Sound. Ever.
